Overcoming Doubt…Mastering Millionaire Mindset Concepts
“You are never going to get it all done – you just won’t. Rather, you will find order and peace in your workday if you accept it, and then do one more thing.”

All of us have doubts about something. What determines our level of success in dealing with that doubt is how we choose to use those feelings.
Doubt can be paralyzing…it can stop you in your tracks even if you are on the path to success. You may know what you need to do to reach a goal, but doubt in yourself. The only way to overcome this doubt is to “TAKE ACTION” right away. Take small steps. Do one thing at a time and you will get there.
Even when managing several businesses, or trying to complete a degree program this concepts still applies. (I lived by this rule in college and might have given up if I didn’t)
Someone may be overwhelmed with starting their own website business…take one step at a time.
- Select & purchase the domain name – task complete
- Select you blog or website template – task complete
- Add your content -task complete
- Add your payment system – task complete
- Do the marketing -task complete
Everything doesn’t have to be done at the same time. If you focus on one task at a time, your chances of success will skyrocket. Don’t worry if you don’t know how to add content yet. Tackle that task when the time comes…get through the previous steps first.
If you apply this strategy to all areas of your life, you will see major improvement. I use these steps in all of my businesses. Don’t get overwhelmed by problems…deal with them when you need to.
You will never know if you could have succeeded unless you take the baby steps needed to complete each task.

The Big Question…How are people Getting Jobs Now?
Many of my students enjoy having multiple streams of income just as I do, so they are also looking for jobs.
If you are a follower, then you already know I have a number of websites to help you create your own online businesses, get out of debt and avoid foreclosure, and to help acquire the Millionaire Mindset for more positive results.
While creating these businesses I have just about mastered the fact finding skill on how to get the “real scoop” (candidate truth) from my interview subjects.
My latest venture entails interviewing key hiring managers and recruiters across various fields to find out how they are REALLY selecting the lucky candidates for job interviews.
I also want to know which types of resumes attract attention to get that first foot in the door. I have been doing research on this for years with my own resume. Here’s a secret…I have a really out dated resume (about 4 years old) floating around out there in cyberspace and I still get tons of calls for job interviews today. Isn’t that amazing? I talk to many people and tons of them aren’t getting any call backs.
Additional research includes how to use sites like FaceBook, Twitter & LinkedIn effectively to find jobs in today’s market. Here’s a BIG SECRET: Don’t post “I’m looking for a job”. I’ll explain the importance of why in the video.
My students are speechless by my results and the results I have helped some of them get. With that said, you can look forward to a new online video course that will share the exact details and more.
I am super excited today because I have been trying to get an interview with a top expert in the field and I wasn’t having any luck. I want to speed it up so I can finish the videos and get them to you quickly. When faced with these types of challenges, I grab my blessed stones and focus on what I want. So I did that and then went about my day.
I was talking to a friend of mine in FaceBook chat (we haven’t spoken in months) and I was explaining my new venture and current obstacles. My friend says “oh, I know that person. I’ll have him give you a call.”
Just like that….bam! Problem solved. I was floored because I had no idea of their friendship. I couldn’t stop thanking him. So I said, ” I don’t know what I could do to repay you” and my friend said you already did a few years ago when I had no food to eat and you gave me money to eat and friendship.
When I gave him that money years ago, I wasn’t doing it to secure a favor down the road, nor was I expecting repayment. I did it because he was a friend in need and I don’t believe anyone should have to suffer when there is help out there. That has been the driving factor in so many of my websites . Today I was lucky enough to have a blessing returned.
It’s true…you can create your own fortune with a little help.

Allow Your Failure to Guide You to Prosperity & Abundance
We often use our past failures in the wrong way. We dwell on them. We revisit those terrible moments often. We keep replaying them in our heads and reliving the negative feelings associated with them. We keep thinking…what if I had done or said “X” instead. Maybe the outcome would be different…Maybe I would have been successful or happy.
Let me tell you how I look at life and how I value my past failures.
- 1. I believe everything happens for a reason. Especially what we consider “BAD” things.
2. I do not believe in coincidences. That just means you need to pay extra close attention to a message meant for you.
3. There are valuable lessons in every failure that we can use to improve our lives and our businesses.
Some years ago, I was engaged to be married to a man I thought was the man of my dreams. I thought my mate and me were working to build a wonderful life together, but discovered he no longer shared this plan. I accidentally stumbled on some evidence that suggested he was having an affair. I became consumed with finding out every detail and I did in fact find out that he was involved with several different women. I was heartbroken…devastated!!!
I had moved halfway across the country with him to support him in his business endeavors and was all alone in a strange city when this happened. I was embarrassed because I had to return to my home state and explain what happened to my friends and family. The relationship financially destroyed my life and I had to move in with my sister (I was sleeping on her sofa).
For a long time I blamed myself for that failed relationship. I relived the negative feelings and BELIEVED all men were like that. For some reason every man I started to attract was now like that. I got angry over and over again…but then I woke up. I started reading several self -help books like Think & Grow Rich & The Power of Your Subconscious Mind and I realized I could change my life if I changed my thoughts.
1. Everything happens for a reason – I questioned myself. What’s the reason? How could I help others like me? How could I turn this into a positive experience? I decided to start a website that would help others find out if they were in the same situations as me – and didn’t know it.
2. Nothing is a coincidence – This happened to me and I have the ability to use my experience and skills to help others. This situation pushed me into starting my own online money making business. And it’s something I’m good at and enjoy (because I’m nosy 
)
3. There are valuable lessons in every failure – While this relationship did not work out, it helped me to improve myself and my NEW business. It forced me to play an ACTIVE ROLE in controlling my Subconscious Mind and how I used the Law of Attraction (to attract good things…not bad things). After reflecting on my thinking at the time, I realized how much I didn’t value myself. I valued other people and what I could do for them. But once I started to value myself, I began to attract other people who genuinely valued ME and all that I have to offer and positive opportunities.
The goal is to reflect on your failures with an open mind and heart and see if there are opportunities to improve yourself or your business. Don’t look back in disappointment; look back as an optimistic student trying to learn. There is an abundance of everything you want and need in this universe (happiness, wealth, health…). You just have to know how to look for it and how to turn it into a positive.
No longer do I harbor negative feelings towards my ex because we just weren’t meant to be. And honestly if it weren’t for him, I might not have every jumped into the online business. This business was just a start to so many more. (Even started teaching people how to create ebooks & Audio and Video products). Believe it or not…today we actually joke about my website because he was impressed with the business idea it triggered. I’m updating the site now to teach people how to use those negative feelings for something positive and productive.
So remember Every Failure can bring with it Success.

The Review: The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Dr. Joseph Murphy
Major Point
This is an amazing book. I highly recommend it. One of the major things people overlook when striving for success is one of the key elements needed to attain it. The Power of Your Subconscious Mind! If you do not learn how to program it, you will Not succeed at reaching your dreams.
Examples:
It’s funny because when I look at my life, I realized I have done a great job at programming myself to be very successful in some areas of my life, BUT a HORRIBLE job in other areas.
Areas where I have succeeded, I followed the steps of visualization and self-talk.
Areas where I repeatedly failed is where I have done exactly what Dr. Murphy say you SHOULD NOT do. I mentally pictured myself failing. I worried about failing and replayed it often.
One of the things I struggled with for a long time was my weight. I realized that I would always say things like “It doesn’t matter how much I exercise, I can’t loss a pound” or in my head I would picture the weight on the scale going up.
So I started to apply the techniques he discusses in the book to the parts of my life I wanted to improve (Think and Grow Rich also discusses these concepts) and I have been seeing great positive results.
The visualization plays a Huge part in how we program our minds.
The Book
Joseph Murphy leads in with a chapter on How Your Mind Works, which is exceptional. As Murphy says, “whatever you habitually think sinks down into your subconscious mind, which then creates according to the nature of your thoughts.”
When I read this book, and reflected back on my achievements (and failures), I identified with practically everything in the book.
Agreeably, as Murphy says, “Its [subconscious mind] ways are past finding out”, the power we all have in our subconscious mind is awesome!
Dr Murphy gives the account of the Scottish surgeon who practiced medicine in the 1840s. This was before the time of chemical anesthesia, and conducted all his operations with only mental anesthesia.
We are given encouragement in that Murphy says, “You were not born with these negative attitudes.” And using the subconscious mind, we can overcome all the negative beliefs we may have.
Get your copy of The Power of Your Subconscious Mind Now. The book covers a wide variety of subjects, building wealth, healing, to academic.
As I can attest to, the best time to program your subconscious mind is just prior to bed and just after rising in the morning. Using a positive affirmation just before you retire, can make an exceptional difference in your life. I also watch my mind movies through out the day on my PDA cell phone when I am out and about.
I have found this book to be an outstanding motivator, and read parts of it regularly. I can recommend The Power of Your Subconscious Mind with confidence. It can be helpful if you are looking to build wealth, strengthen relationships or even lose weight.

Opportunity is Every where…Even in near Death
“The pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; the optimist, the opportunity in every difficulty” – LP Jacks. Which are you?
When my daughter was about 9 months she was diagnosed with a very serious cancer like condition. This was a very stressful time for me and her dad because we had no idea what the outcome of the situation would be.
At the time, I was working in Corporate America at a very stressful job. I worked about 65 hours a week and even when I was home…I still had to work. We didn’t get to take lunch breaks because there was always so much work to do. Needless to say…I was stressed out like a NUT and spending very little time with my baby who was growing up so fast.
She ended up needing surgery to remove a mass from the inside of her head and thankfully she did not need to go through chemotherapy as previously thought. We are blessed because she seems to have recovered pretty well from her condition, but it is a condition we will have to monitor for the rest of her life to ensure it does not come back.
In spite of my daughter’s condition, I still had to work from home to meet company deadlines while nursing her back to health because that was a pay check our family needed.
It was THEN I decided…my life had to change and I needed to find a business where I could earn good money to take care of my daughter, and still have plenty of time to myself to spend time with her (NOT WORKING!). I was already making some good money online, but at that point in time it wasn’t enough to support a growing family with growing expenses.
Even though this was a very difficult time for me, I took the time to realize I needed to create an opportunity in my life that would allow me to get out of that terrible “Rat Race” and spend more time with my family. That event in my life has since created so many amazing opportunities to excel in ways I would have never if I had still worked at that “Hell Hole” job.
For me, the key to finding the Positive in this Negative situation was to look at the situation in a different light and to change my thinking about it. I went back and re-read these two books and I truly believe they even helped in healing my daughter so she didn’t need chemotherapy. The Power of Your Subconscious Mind and Think & Grow Rich. What Pro-Blogger’s don’t teach you about making money blogging
A lot of bloggers fail to make money online for the following reasons:
- They have their expectations set too high and they don’t have a road map
- They enter blogging with the mindset that “I can make six-figures in 2 months online” and not put a lot of time into it

Pro-Blogger’s are quick to share how much money they make and the techniques they use to do it, but what they do not tell you is how much they have worked for their techniques to pay off.

These tools do a great job keeping your audience engaged. People enjoy the interaction when it feels like they are watching or listening to a friend talk. So keep in mind…anything you do online will be much more profitable when you add video or audio to your blog. Running your blog from auto-pilot
Now you’re probably wondering, how do all these other bloggers run their blog from auto-pilot? They’ve worked very hard to build up email lists, large amounts of traffic, popular products and depending on what they’re doing they outsourced to staff. Heck, if I wanted to I could leave my eCourse business for weeks and it would run ok, but a blog is a very different animal.
For me, I have worked very hard to learn the steps needed to set up an eCourse online business and have it run without much additional work, but I can see my blog business will require much more attention.
You need to wake up and realize your blog is your business
You need to realize the moment you decide to start making money on your blog – that is the day you’re turning your blog into a Business, and you need to treat your blog like a business. Treating your blog like a business will help you achieve the landmarks you set for yourself, and it will also help you prepare for the unexpected.
Be Happy You Didn’t Make Millions Over Night
Here is the good thing…sometimes it works out for the best that you do not make tons of money over night because this really is a process. In my eCourse Secret eBook Riches, I walk through the mistakes I made early on. The big one was choosing the wrong payment system. I lost $10,000 dollars in sales the first week I launched. I have tons of customers from all over the world and it was a huge disappointment to experience that early on. Even though the documents stated they accept International payments “They DID NOT”.
You only get one chance to earn your customers trust, so when their payment doesn’t go through the first time – You may have lost that trust! Some times these problems can’t be helped. Systems go down…but you have to make sure it doesn’t happen often. You have to walk through the blueprint of someone that has done this already or it can be heart breaking if you are Not really ready.
